Expert in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Marital therapy, Neuropsychological Problems and assessment, Personality Assessment, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders and Childhood behavioral disorders and Criminal behavior decoding. She is working for the benefit of the community as well through multiple research work in the field and has more than 10 research papers presented and published in various International and National Journals and Conferences. Received Best Paper Award during Annual Conference of Clinical Psychologists, 2018 for her research work in the area of Childhood Sexual Abuse.
Currently associated as Consultant with Manipal Hospital, Palam Vihar and V Medica Clinic, DLF Phase IV, Gurugram. She served as Special Rapporteur and Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) at National Commission for Women, New Delhi for 6 months. She was also Editor-in-Charge for “Rastra Mahila” during her tenure. Her previous engagements with Juvenile Justice Board, Gurugram, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Health Center, New Delhi, and Commissionerate of Police, Gurugram. She has regularly conducted workshops at varied schools and corporates on the theme of parenting, stress management, capacity building program, master trainer for teachers and counselors, life-skills training, etc. For her recommendable work during volunteer counseling sessions at Ryan International School, Bhondsi, then Deputy Commissioner Gurugram elected her as a Clinical/Child Psychologist [Member] for District School Safety Committee, Gurugram, Haryana since November 2017 and recommended for Gurugram Juvenile Justice Board as Clinical Psychologist since September 2018. She has been invited at various government schools in Gurugram to inspire younger girls under “Mann ki Baat” program as Female Role-Model, an unique initiative by Haryana School Shikhsha Pariyogna Parishad.
For the benefit of the community on various emerging issues in the society as well as mental health awareness, she commenced an initiative “MANSA… for Mental Health Awareness” in which she gathers volunteers for conducting monthly group session on various mental health related issues in Delhi (NCR) including stigma of mental illness, child abuse prevention, Autism Spectrum Disorder Awareness, exam anxiety, mental health among LGBTQIA+ community etc. as well as community outreach program in collaboration with Haryana District Government.
