V-medica only provides daycare facilities. We encourage you to develop a relationship with a primary care physician who can provide on-going care and when necessary, admits you to a hospital.

It would be highly appreciable if we are informed as soon as you realize you won’t be able to keep your appointment. Our reception staff is friendly and at your service in cases of emergencies like these.  You can inform us at least 8-10 hours before your scheduled appointment time allowing us to give another patient the chance to be seen. The staff can then reschedule your appointment in the next slot as per your convenience.

Our doctors and nurses are with patients throughout the day, so it is usually not possible for them to immediately answer phone calls. We will return your call as soon as possible. Yes, we do organize camps that focus on a single health issue. These camps are held both at Vmedica Clinic and at large apartment complexes to make it easy for people from the neighborhood to attend.
