I started my journey in dentistry back in 2011, working at a charitable clinic in Gurgaon. After honing my skills for two years, I transitioned to a Polyclinic setup in Dlf Phase 4. Beyond my dental practice, I took on the role of overseeing Marketing & Operations for a team of orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists.

My passion for advancing primary healthcare has been a driving force throughout my career. As I delved deeper into our healthcare system and its challenges, I took a leap of faith in 2019 by founding V-Medica Clinics & Diagnostics.

At V-Medica, our mission is clear: to provide comprehensive and holistic primary care to individuals of all age groups. We began with a dedicated team of three doctors, and today, we stand as one of the largest teams of healthcare professionals in the NCR region. Under one roof, we offer a wide range of dental and medical specialties, alongside essential diagnostic services such as a Path lab, X-ray, and ECG facilities.

My vision is to promote ethical primary care within a private clinic setting, eliminating the need for patients to visit hospitals for common medical concerns. I firmly believe that early diagnosis and holistic primary care are pivotal in preventing diseases at their onset, thereby fostering genuine health.

My experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic were both challenging and enlightening. I had the privilege of managing a dedicated team of doctors handling COVID-19 treatment for employees of prominent organizations like Makemytrip, Go-Ibibo, Redbus, and Olam International. Our team conducted tele-consultations across India, ensuring critical healthcare support during a time of crisis.

Looking ahead, my goal is to expand this model of comprehensive primary healthcare to multiple locations across the country. Additionally, I plan to introduce community outreach programs in remote areas, utilizing fully functional mobile healthcare units.
