Ms. Navneet Kaur is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist and the Founder of NK–PWRC (Psychological Well-being & Resilience Centre), Gurugram. She is also the Co-Founder of Visionista Unite Pvt. Ltd. and serves as a Consultant at V-Medica Clinics, Gurugram.

She holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI) from Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH-32), Chandigarh, where she developed advanced expertise in psychodiagnostics, psychological assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapies. Her clinical training enables her to provide targeted interventions for a range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders, among others.

Ms. Kaur practices an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and supportive psychotherapy, tailoring treatment to the individual needs, lived experiences, and goals of each client.

She has served as a resource person for mental health workshops, contributing to both community awareness and professional training. She has designed and delivered a 3-month well-being program for graduate students at IILM University, integrating a brain–mind–body model in collaboration with a Japanese athlete to promote emotional and physical resilience in young adults.

Her prior clinical experience includes working with the Research Department at Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi, and at a leading pediatric and child developmental centre in Chandigarh, strengthening her clinical and research foundations across diverse populations.

She also has national publications to her name and has participated in and delivered presentations at national conferences and seminars, reflecting her ongoing commitment to clinical learning, academic contribution, and the advancement of mental health services in India.
