With a strong foundation and MBA in business management and strategy, Mr. Bhupesh has successfully launched and grown ventures across research, consulting, and healthcare. In 2015, he co-founded an Australian research firm in India, where he has set up, managed, and overseen nationwide operations of the firm. He set up five branches across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Kolkata, and Pune, and led a team of 250+ people. In 2022, he acquired the brand rights of a leading European HR firm, Antal International Network, to operate in Gurugram, India. At Antal, he is involved in human resource consulting including CXO hiring and HR advisory for finance and strategy consulting firms operating globally.
